• What is the delivery time?

  The average delivery time for products within Finland is

  • Bike racks: about 6 weeks (excluding stock products)
  • Bus shelters: 6–8 weeks
  • Bike shelters: 8–10 weeks

  Delivery times are influenced by factors such as order quantity, chosen surface treatment, and component availability.

  Most of our products are made to order, so please contact us in advance to ensure availability.

  For international delivery times, contact us first.

• What to consider in a Request for Quotation (RFQ)?

  In the request for quotation, you should specify the product model, quantity, color, and delivery location.

  If it’s a bike rack, also indicate the desired profile shape.

  For bike shelters, please include the number of modules (e.g., the CPH3 shelter has 3 modules, and the CPH4 shelter has 4 modules).

  Bus shelters are available in both embedded and surface-mounted versions. Please specify your preferred solution in the RFQ. Also, mention any additional accessories you would like, such as a trash bin, information board, or advertising display.

• What accessories are available for bus and bike shelters?

  Bus shelters typically have the following accessories available:

  • Trash bin (30/60/100 liters, stainless steel)
  • Ashtray
  • Lighting
  • Route sign frame, available in several different models
  • Information board, available in three sizes: A3, A4, or 800×1200 mm
  • Advertisement display case, available for most models

• How do I install the product?

  Embedded Installation

  Embedded installation means that the surrounding surface structures will cover the product. The concrete slab remains hidden if the customer chooses to cover it with paving or asphalt, for example.

   

  Surface Installation

  Surface installation means that the surface of the concrete slab remains visible as the final surface.

   

  Bike Racks

  Bike racks are usually delivered in parts. As a general rule, we do not carry out installations for individual bike racks, but this can be arranged. Bike racks can be delivered for both surface and embedded installation. Surface-mounted bike racks are installed directly into the concrete using concrete screws. Freestanding bike racks can be anchored to asphalt.

   

  Bike Shelters

  Typically, bike shelters are delivered pre-assembled. The installation is carried out by our experienced installation team. This means our installers will assemble the bike shelters on-site on top of the foundations. Please note that we do not perform excavation work. Foundation installation must be agreed upon separately.

  When installing bike shelters, we also install the included bike racks.

  Bike shelters are available for embedded installation, except for the CPT bike shelter.

   

  Bus Shelters

  Bus shelters are always delivered with a concrete slab. This means the bus shelter is assembled and prepared at our facilities. Our installers assemble the bus shelter onto the concrete slab before delivery, and the completed bus shelter is placed on a frost-resistant gravel bed during installation. Bus shelters can be installed both embedded and surface-mounted.

• Do you offer finishing for products?

  Our products are either wet-painted or powder-coated to high standards in RAL colors.

  If the bike rack is made of steel, it can be provided in hot-dip galvanized only. Some bike racks can also be made from stainless steel (RST), in which case painting is not performed.

  Bus shelters are generally made of aluminum and are based on our aluminum profile system. The bus shelter is painted in the RAL color of the customer’s choice.

  Bike shelters are either aluminum or steel structures and are painted in the RAL color chosen by the customer. Steel bike shelters can also be provided in hot-dip galvanized finish without painting.

• My product is damaged. What should I do?

  If the product is damaged, please contact us. Damaged parts should be replaced as soon as possible with new original parts.

  For example, if the glass is broken, we will provide an estimate for the repair work or any necessary spare parts. In some cases, damage to the structure of the bus shelter may be so extensive that it is no longer possible to repair. In such cases, we will offer a replacement product.

  If only the paint surface is damaged, the affected area should be touch-painted as soon as possible using spray paint in the same shade.

• How will my order be delivered?

  All products can be delivered either free alongside the carrier (FCA) or delivered directly to the destination (TOP) under the agreed delivery terms. Additionally, bike racks can be picked up at our facility in Järvenpää, Finland.

• What are the product warranty terms?

  We provide a two (2) year warranty on our products. The warranty covers damages or issues resulting from manufacturing or installation defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism or misuse. It also does not cover damage or issues resulting from incorrect installation by a third party.
